This document provides detailed information on the use of the Transfer Matching System (TMS) and its links to the FIFA Clearing House. The TMS, which registers all international transfers, has been highly intertwined with the FIFA Clearing House since its inception in November 2022. FIFA believes that both institutions are pivotal to ensuring transparency and integrity across all transfer system-related issues.
