In order for a club to terminate a coach's employment contract with just cause, a previous formal warning is needed in order to provide the coach with an opportunity to solve the problem before terminating the contract with immediate effect.
Facts/Procedure
On 27 May 2016, the Coach entered into an employment agreement with the Club for the position of “Head Coach”, valid for one year as of 1 July 2016. The Club would pay him a signing fee, 12 monthly salaries instalments, two extra payments and travel expenses not exceeding certain a limit.
