If a Player cannot in good faith expect to continue the employment relationship with the employer, the Player may be entitled to terminate the contract with just cause.

Facts and Procedure

 

On 25 August 2017, the Player and Osmanlispor entered into an employment contract for a period of two seasons, which was valid as from the date of signature until 31 May 2019.

On 24 November 2017, before and during a league match, certain events unfolded. Although the nature of such events was highly contentious, it remained undisputed that the Player requested permission to leave the stadium before the commencement of the match and, therefore, not to be required to sit on the substitute's bench.
