On 16 May 2022, the Disciplinary Board of the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) published six disciplinary decisions affecting a number of football stakeholders that breached relevant CAF provisions during CAF-organized inter-club competitions
The CAF Disciplinary Board found several players, member associations and officials guilty of breaching several CAF provisions during CAF competitions games. Unfortunately, CAF did not disclose the exact provisions breached by the above-mentioned individuals. The resulting sanctions are explained in detail below:
