Fotbol Club CFR 1907 Cluj SA (the Appellant or the Club) had not paid a large number of its players over the 2013-14 and 2014-15 seasons. Five of those players (the Players) brought their claims against the National Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Romanian Football Association (FRF NDRC). The FRF NDRC compelled the Club to pay the Players various sums.
