Football agent Dani Striani has challenged UEFA’s rule on Home-Grown Player, with the case being heard at the Brussels Commercial Court on 11 September 2018.
UEFA’s current Home-Grown player rule currently means that clubs must include a minimum of 8 players that were trained by clubs from the same national association in their A list of 25 players for UEFA competitions.
