On 19 October 2020, the CONMEBOL Single Judge published ten disciplinary decisions, warning five clubs and six players after eight CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores matches. The aforementioned decisions were taken between 5 and 10 October 2020.

The CONMEBOL Disciplinary Unit warned Club Olimpia (Paraguay). The club was also informed that a repeat violation of the relevant CONMEBOL regulations would be met with more severe punishment. The Paraguayan club was found guilty of breaching:
