On 3 December 2021, the World Leagues Forum (WLF), representing more than 40 professional football leagues across the world, held its Annual Meeting. Over the course of the said meeting, many key topics regarding football governance were addressed and discussed. 

The 2021 WLF Annual Meeting was both an internal event, during which the organization confirmed its current leadership and a discussion forum.
