The UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) has announced several decisions, issued on 26 April 2019, following the incidents occurred in ten separate UEFA-organized matches.
1. The UEFA CEDB decided to sanction Paris Saint-Germain player Neymar after he insulted/molested the match official on their home match played on 6 March 2019 against Manchester United. Neymar was suspended for three UEFA competition matches, for which he would otherwise be eligible, as per a violation of Article 15.1.d) of the UEFA Disciplinary Regulations.
