Promoting transparency and ethics
The Law first provides for the drafting of a charter of ethics and professional conduct by sporting federations by 31 December 2017. This charter of ethics and professional conduct must comply with the principles defined by the French Committee of Olympic and Sports Organization (CNOSF).
Moreover, the Law provides for an obligation to report to the High Authority on the transparency of the public life of the presidents of the delegated federations, the professional leagues, the CNOSF and the French Paralympic and Sports Committee.
