Launched in September 2016, the Câmara Nacional de Resolução de Disputas (CNRD) is the Brazilian National Dispute Resolution Chamber, handling football disputes in Brazil. After two years of existence, it has recently released its first overview report authored by Vitor Butruce and Luiz Fernando Ribeiro.
Pursuant to the Statutes of the Brazilian Football Federation (CBF), the CNRD is an independent body within the organisational structure of the CBF, with jurisdiction over disputes between natural and/or legal persons linked to Brazilian football.
