On 20 January 2010, the Parties entered into a labour agreement. It was a fixed-term agreement for two years, effective from 20 January 2010 until 18 January 2012. Among other things, the Club committed itself to pay to the Player a salary “according to the staff schedule”. It was signed by the Player and by the Club’s President. A further additional agreement was signed on 10 April 2010.
