Individual training is not good for players, but there can be circumstances when a club may deem it necessary for a player to train alone but then only until his fitness had recovered. Football is a team sport and the majority of training needs to be as part of a team or squad and with a football.

On 25 June 2013, the Player signed an employment contract with Slask Wroclaw (the Respondent or the Club) valid until 30 June 2016.
