On 2 February 2020, CAS confirmed a sanction imposed by the FIFA Disciplinary Committee (FIFA DC) on Raja Casablanca (the Club) for breach of contract.

Facts and Procedure

On 21 May 2015, the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (FIFA DRC) issued a decision in a contractual dispute between an Emirati club and the Club, partially accepting the Emirati club’s claim. The Club and a player were jointly and severally responsible for paying compensation for breach of contract to the Emirati club.
