In this landmark anti-doping decision, the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld the four-year suspension imposed on Paul Pogba by NADO Italia. The CAS Panel found that the player committed an anti-doping rule violation (ADRV) through the presence of exogenous testosterone metabolites in his system, rejecting the defences based on lack of intent and alleged contamination. The award affirms the strict liability regime under the World Anti-Doping Code and imposes the maximum period of ineligibility.
