CAS Confirms FIFA Football Agents Regulations
On 24 July 2023, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) announced that the newly published FIFA Football Agent Regulations are legal, valid and proportionate. Accordingly, FIFA will be able to continue the implementation of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations.
