CAS Confirms Multi-Club Ownership Decision:  FK DAC 1904 Will not Compete in Europe in the 2025-2026 season


On 14 July 2025, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) rendered an operative award dismissing the appeal filed by the Slovak football club FK DAC 1904, A.S. (DAC) against the decision of the UEFA Club Financial Control Body - First Chamber (UEFA CFCB), which declared DAC ineligible to participate in the UEFA Europa Conference League 2025-2026 due to violations of the UEFA multi-club ownership rules.
