The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) released the motivated decision in the dispute between the Ukrainian FA (FFU) and FC Dynamo Kyiv, the club affiliated to the FFU. Facts/Procedure
The dispute concerns non-played Ukrainian Premier League matches between FC Mariupol and FC Dynamo Kyiv due to FC Dynamo Kyiv’s non-attendance. The Club’s behaviour was sanctioned by the FFU Control and Disciplinary Committee (FFU CDC) with the usual forfeiture for a non-attended match (0-3). The Second Instance Body Appeals Committee of the FFU upheld the FFU CDC decision.
