CAS Rules that CAF ExCo Lacked Jurisdiction over Champions League Final Replay Decision


The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruled on 31 July 2019 that the CAF Executive Committee did not have jurisdiction to decide that the second leg of the African Champions League Final should be replayed.
