On 19 June 2024, the Chinese Football Association (CFA) announced and published new regulations targeting corruption in Chinese football with the aim of reforming the beautiful game in the Asian giant.

The Chinese Football Association (CFA) has been taking various actions to cleanse the long-standing corruption in the football industry after the fall of Tie Li, the former head coach of the National Team.
