Commentary on the FIFA RSTP - Ed 2021
On 10 November 2021, the world football’s governing body released the 2021 edition of its Commentary to the Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), which substitutes an older version of the Commentary from the early 2000s.
