CONMEBOL Issues 20 New Disciplinary Decisions


In late April 2021, the CONMEBOL Single Judge published 20 disciplinary decisions, warning clubs, players and officials after a number of CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana and Recopa matches. The aforementioned decisions were taken on 19, 20, 21, 23 and 27 April 2021.

The CONMEBOL Disciplinary Unit and its Single Judge found eleven clubs, four officials, four players and two coaches guilty of breaching several CONMEBOL provisions. The resulting sanctions are explained in detail below:
