On 12 January 2023, the European lobbying group Sport and Citizenship and the Spanish Professional Football League (LaLiga) will organize the Defending the European Football Ecosystem and Tradition event, which will consist of panels analyzing a number of issues surrounding the current European Sports model and the danger of breakaway competitions.
