European Leagues held a press conference on Friday 19 October 2018 following their General Assembly in which they presented proposals in relation to UEFA Club Competitions (UCC).

European Leagues were unanimous in supporting UEFA’s project of introducing a third-tier club competition with 32 clubs participating in each tier. The format will allow more clubs from more national associations to participate in UCC....
