In early December 2020, several members of the football family received a series of phishing emails allegedly sent by FIFA. In order to protect the safety and confidential data of all involved stakeholders, the world football’s governing body addressed a letter to many relevant football stakeholders and legal practitioners, the content of which we reproduce below.
