FIFA DRC, 27 May 2014*
Due to breach of an employment contracts without just cause, the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber (DRC) decided that PFC CSKA Sofia shall be banned from registering any new players, either nationally or internationally, for the two next entire and consecutive registration periods following the notification of the decisions.
In the summer of 2012, PFC CSKA Sofia signed a couple of employment contracts with the players Nilson Antonio and Bernardo Tengarrinha, both valid until 30 June 2015.
The club stopped paying the players’ salaries as of October 2012 and, in December 2012, it proposed to the players to terminate their contracts by mutual consent, which they refused.
