Previous Proceedings
On 26 May 2023, the Court of Justice of the European Union received a request for a preliminary ruling in Case C-209/23. This request was submitted by the Ninth Civil Chamber of the Landgericht Mainz (District Court of Mainz, Germany) in the case brought by an agent and RRC Sports GmbH against FIFA.
