On 1 February 2024, FIFA, via its Legal Portal, published 21 new CAS awards dealing with FIFA-related cases and appeals. These cases are uploaded to Football Legal Jurisprudence Database for its readers to dig into them.
As usual, FIFA periodically publishes CAS awards as part of its approach “to increase transparency and provide information on the various issues dealt with before CAS, FIFA publishes all non-confidential CAS awards in which it has been directly involved every year.”
