Italian FA Implements Anti-Superleague Regulations


In late December 2023, multiple media outlets informed that the Italian Football Association (FIGC) had implemented an anti-superleague rule to deter Italian sides from joining breakaway competitions. Finally, on 20 December 2023, the FIGC President, Mr. Gabriele Gravina, announced the inclusion of an anti-Superleague clause to the FIGC Licensing Regulations for 2024-2025.
