In early and mid-March 2022, the CONMEBOL Single Judge published seven disciplinary decisions, warning clubs, players and officials after a number of CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores and Copa Libertadores U20 matches. The aforementioned decisions were taken on 4, 7, 8 and 19 March 2022.
The CONMEBOL Disciplinary Unit and its Single Judge found one club and four players guilty of breaching several CONMEBOL provisions. The resulting sanctions are explained in detail below:
