Latest UEFA Disciplinary Decisions (8 December 2022)


On 8 December 2022, the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (UEFA CEDB) decided to sanction four football clubs participating in UEFA-organized inter-club competitions and a national association due to disciplinary breaches.

The latest disciplinary decisions taken by the UEFA CEDB are as follows: 

 

A UEFA Champions League group stage match between Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) and Maccabi Haifa, played in France on 25 October 2022

Following the said match, the UEFA CEDB decided to impose severe sanctions on the Israeli side of Maccabi Haifa.

Accordingly, the UEFA CEDB imposed a EUR 45,000 fine on Maccabi Haifa for the improper conduct of its fans while visiting PSG. Additionally, the Israeli club was banned from selling tickets to its fans during its...
