A Belgian football club is entitled to the payment of training compensation for the international transfer of a player they trained, even if they did not offer the player a contract, as long as they were unable to do so since Belgian Law prohibits the employment of minors under 16 years old as remunerated sportsmen, penalised by criminal penalties.
