FIFA’s new Regulations on Working with Intermediaries[1] (the 2015 FIFA Regulations) came into force on 1 April 2015 and represent a momentous change in player and club representation in professional football. Since 2001, FIFA has sought to regulate the activity of players’ agents, under its FIFA Player Agent Regulations[2] (the last edition of which was in 2008) (FIFA Regulations).
