Newest UEFA CEDB and Appeals Body Decisions


On 5 October 2022, the UEFA Appeals Body partially upheld the appeal lodged by AZ Alkmaar (the Netherlands), confirming part of the decision issued by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body (CEDB) on 5 October 2022. A few days later, the UEFA CEDB opened disciplinary proceedings against three clubs.

The latest three disciplinary decisions taken by UEFA Disciplinary Bodies are as follows:
