Facts/Procedure

On 11 February 2015, Mr Kali (the Appellant or the Player) and Al-Arabi (the Respondent or the Club) signed an employment contract valid until 20 June 2019.

On 13 July 2015, the Player informed the Club that he had not been informed about the training schedule for the upcoming season, while also not having been paid his salary for April to June 2015, amounting to EUR 120,000. The Player granted the Club 5 days to make such payment.
