This article aims to determine the legal mechanism of the non-solicitation agreement (in French, “accord de non-solicitation” - ANS). The ANS is a mutual agreement between a French club and a minor football player aged 13, where the former commits to offer an employment contract to the minor when he reaches the legal age to sign it and the latter undertakes to accept it.
