Spanish Supreme Court determines Media Outlets May Decide the Content of their Sporting Broadcasting

The Spanish Supreme Court established that broadcasting companies ATRESMEDIA S.A. and MEDIASET S.A., being two media outlets, have the right to freely access football matches to make recordings for subsequent broadcast summaries.
