Correlation between Russian Law and FIFA RGAS on Eligibility

Russian Law and FIFA Rules Governing Eligibility to Play for Representative Teams (FIFA RGAS) are basically in line on issues regarding nationality, allowing a player to play for a national team.

Under Article 5 par. 1 and 2 FIFA RGAS:
