Steeve Laigle Returns to Lead New Caledonian Football Until 2029
On 21 December 2025, Steeve Laigle was elected President of the Fédération Calédonienne de Football (FCF) for a second term, securing a majority of votes in a three-way contest. He will take over from Gilles Tavergeux and lead the federation through to 2029, alongside a newly elected Federal Council whose mandate will run from 2025 to 2029.
