Swiss Prosecutor Closes Proceeding regarding CAF Secretary General


On 23 January 2025, the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) announced that the Swiss Public Prosecutor’s Office had officially concluded its investigations concerning CAF Secretary General, Mr. Véron Mosengo-Omba. After a comprehensive review of the matter, the Office determined that there were no factual or legal grounds to initiate any proceedings against him.
