If a representation contract between an agent and a player ends prematurely, for whatever reason, the agent’s entitlement to commission ends too.

On 2 October 2013, the Agent and the Player concluded an exclusive representation contract that prohibited the Player from signing any employment contract without the assistance of the Agent, valid from 2 October 2013 until 1 October 2015.
