Introduction
Almost two years ago, we were lucky to be appointed by Uruguayan footballer Sebastián Ariosa to advise him and defend his legitimate interests in the conflict originated with Club Olimpia del Paraguay (Olimpia), when the club decided to suspend the employment contract with the player - and therefore, the payment of the corresponding salaries - when he was treated for a mediastinal tumor, a disease diagnosed a few months earlier.
We say that we were lucky because as a result we met Sebastián Ariosa, an exceptional human being who, at just 27-year old, had to face along with his young wife a serious disease, without certainty of its prognosis. Despite that, he did so with a great attitude, energy and optimism.
