The ICC Rejects Application for Emergency Measures filed by Lagardère Sports


On 13 December 2019, the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), lacated in Geneva (Switzerland) notified a decision rejecting all interim measures made by Lagardère Sports regarding the termination of its commercial exploitation contract with the Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF).
