Introduction

Four years ago, on 1 April 2015, came into force the FIFA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries (the FIFA Regulations). These Regulations superseded the former Player’s Agents Regulations and brought deep changes on the relations between intermediaries and players or clubs.

As expressly stated in its preamble, those FIFA Regulations contained the minimum standards that must be implemented at national level by the Federations.
