Under Article 3 of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations  (FFAR), every national association was required to implement its own national regulations consistent with the FFAR, with the option to introduce stricter measures or to deviate where mandatory provisions of national law so require.

In line with the above, the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) adopted its own Regulations on the Activity of Agents, which entered into force on 30 January 2026 (with two provisions on minors and CPD postponed until 1 July 2026).
