UEFA and Football Supporters Europe Formalize MoU

On 23 January 2023, UEFA and Football Supporters Europe (FSE) signed in Nyon, where UEFA's headquarters are located, their first-ever Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement aims to strengthen the current commitment towards protecting the European football pyramid and improving the experience of fans attending UEFA-organized competitions games.

UEFA President, Mr Aleksander Čeferin and the Executive Director for Football Supporters Europe, Mr Ronan Evain, were present in Nyon on 23 January 2023 for the formalization of the MoU between both entities. This development shows the progressive relationship between UEFA and FSE, setting out the “priorities and structure of cooperation between the two organizations” until 2026.
