UEFA CFCB Issues Decisions Affecting 13 Clubs in Financial Control Cases

On 17 May 2024, the UEFA Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) announced 11 decisions regarding its first assessment of the solvency requirements based on the 2023 edition of the UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Regulations.

In May 2024, the UEFA CFCB First Chamber announced the following eleven decisions regarding the same number of clubs taking part in UEFA-organized competitions in the 2023-2024 seasons. All the clubs were found guilty of breaching the no overdue payables solvency requirement of the  UEFA Club Licensing and Financial Sustainability Regulations (July 2023 edition). Disciplinary measures were accordingly imposed.
