Over nine months, AP Sports Law Office conducted a detailed study to record and analyze the offences and sanctions imposed by the UEFA disciplinary committee on clubs participating in the three UEFA club competitions (UCL, UEL and UECL). This report focuses on the 2023-2024 football season and provides a comprehensive statistical overview of the sanctions issued by the UEFA Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body.

The findings of this research offer valuable insights for both national and international football authorities, as well as for the administrative and legal departments of European clubs, helping them to anticipate, prevent and respond effectively to potential disciplinary cases.
