On 4 October 2022, the World Anti-Doping Organization released its 2023 edition of the International Standard for Testing and Investigations (ISTI), International Standard for Therapeutic Use Exemptions (ISTUE) and Technical Document for Sport Specific Analysis (TDSSA). These three documents will all enter into force on 1 January 2023.
After the revised ISTI and ISTUE editions for 2023 were subjects of a stakeholder consultation process that WADA initiated in June 2022, WADA’s Executive Committee approved all three documents (including TDSSA) on 23 September 2022.
