The Licencing Commission of URBSFA fined KV Courtrai EUR 5,000 for failing to comply with the rules on trainers. The coach, Karim Belhocine (picture) did not hold a UEFA-PRO certificate.

Clause 332 of the URBSFA Regulations sets out the conditions to be met by a coach within a football team. In the professional football division 1A (the old First Division), the head coach must actually carry out his role himself and must hold a valid licence as well as the UEFA-PRO certificate.
